The guy made a great Sano and he even uses his own hair which is most cosplayers use a wig. I also see Sano got a ring on his left pinky. 
Kaoru's not too bad. She looks nice. And Kenshin, well it's the face. It's hard to pull of a character in real life and I'm sure he loves Kenshin very much. If that red hair is real -- that's the nicest and shiniest hair I've ever seen.
